Profile Info
Jon is a light blue furred, fat Arctic Fox with long purple hair. He wears a purple scarf and purple bracelets. He sometimes wears a pink sweater with a heart on it. His body has a slight feminine-like shape to it, as he has wide hips for a male.
Jon comes from the shores Alaska; he lives in a small village near the Arctic Ocean and the forest. He has been gifted creatively since an early age. His parents were into spirituality and nurtured and supported his creative energies. He is longtime friends with Marie the Fox, from when Marie came to live with them. The two are almost like siblings, growing up they helped each other. The two were for the most part their only friends; the townspeople didn't trust red foxes and Jon was picked on for being very timid and girly looking. To this day he has a lot of vixen-like features. A blessing of the goddess of creativity, his parents say.
After meeting Aurora, Jon, Marie, and Aurora decided to get their own place outside of the town where they could live in peace, without anyone bothering them for being different. Jon and Marie share a fox den together while Aurora lives in her own den nearby.
Jon is cute, friendly and easy to get to know, curious with a sense of wonder about his surroundings. He is very timid, and doesn't like fighting. Jon is also effeminate but not in an annoying way, he uses his art to express his feelings and emotions. He shares a very close emotional bond and friendship with Marie the Red Fox. Jon enjoys lying around and eating lots of snacks, then resting when his belly becomes too full.
Artist Notes
Jon is my oldest furry character, having come up with him in 2002. Originally his influences were from the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He then took on a darker, gothic look. (Hard to imagine that considering how cuddly he looks today but I have the old artwork to prove it.) Later on things happened and I outgrew the darker, mean look and Jon took on a more feminine look. He later gained weight to give him a cuddlier look, and feminized even further.
